I always order online. somehow every time I have they "lose or don't see" my order and I end up having to wait and wait. The food taste, quality & overall appearance has declined significantly. PLEASE NOTE IF I ORDER SPICY PEASE DON'T GIVE ME 4 PCS SPICY & THE OTHER 7 NOT SPICY!! Last but not least please check the attitude before the door cause long suffering part of the journey. You choose this job!! so when you dealing with customer's please stop directing your dismay at them because you're needed to fulfill the job requirements you agreed to post employment.
Love the food, but getting in here on any night of the week is unreal. Companies need to catch a clue and build a 2nd or 3rd. Food order is never correct either
Food is usually good and hot most days. The manager does a great job keeping everything together. Most of the other workers are unprofessional and the building could use some major remodeling.
Popeye stole my chicken. After a 35 minute wait, I ordered the two piece chicken dinner. The receipt said that I ordered the two piece chicken dinner. What I received was chicken nuggets with excessive braiding, very little chicken. Popeyes stole my chicken
Against my better judgment I when back and I ended up throwing the chicken sandwich to my neighbors dog and he wouldn't eat it being the only location in Tupelo I want be eating Popeyes again ever and wouldn't advise anyone to eat there nasty but like said against my better judgment. ???
36 minutes in the drive through line had me ready to spit nails, but when I got to the window I softened. What a nice man getting my food and drinks together. He was smiling and kind even though I'm sure everyone he was encountering pulled up with an attitude. I tried the new spicy chicken sandwich combo with fries and a lemonade. The sandwich has some kick, but there is a LOT of breading that makes the already greasy sandwich even more so. I liked the flavor, but found myself pulling hunks of breading off before I took each bite. Delicious lemonade! My daughter got a mild 3 piece tender combo with fries and a Pepsi. She said the chicken was good and that the biscuit was incredible. Be sure to ask for any condiments like ketchup or honey. We also didn't get any napkins, but I think that was just an oversight.
Usually the chicken is really good but today it was absolutely horrible. The only thing that was good were the biscuits. The chicken was cold and the taste was horrible. I waited in line what seemed to be forever just to be disappointed.
People are always ready to say bad things but I have something nice to say about Popeyes in TupeloMs. I am 75 yrs old and can’t walk very good so I tried to order online and could not get it to go thru so I drove there and a very nice young man by the name of James was so nice and took care of everything for me and then brot my food out to me. It is refreshing to see a kind person nowadays that still respect and try to help someone. Thank you James and hope your boss sees this.
Everyone wants to say bad things but never tell the good things. I am 75 yrs old and I went to the Tupelo Popeyes and I was having trouble getting my order online and there was a very nice young man name of James went out of his way to help me. Had me to park on the side, came to my car and saw I couldn’t walk and had me to sit there for a minute, took care of my order and then brought it to me. We need to commend these young people when they show respect and care enough for their job to try to be kind to the customers.
If i could give a “0” I would! There is no Popeyes within 50-60 miles of my house so Popeyes was always a treat. We was in town and wanted our Popeyes so i ordered on the App. I should have checked the bag before i left the parking lot but that’s one me! I ordered a 12pc with mashed potatoes and slaw WHAT I GOT for $39.36 was 5 thighs(no breasts) 3wings, 3 legs (11pcs of chicken not 12 in the box).NO SLAW BUT WHAT I GOT.. 3 mac n cheese containers and 5 biscuits NOT 6! They are deliberately shorting customers food items and getting away with it CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PREMISES!! No one answers Popeyes phone and no one responds back via email. But WHAT DID I GET? A computer generated immediate response of a measly $11.09 refund! This is not acceptable!! It would be different if this was my first bad experience with this particular Popeyes location but it’s not but it WILL BE THE LAST!
