We call pizza hut to get it delivered and they said they don't deliverer. And just the other day they was delivering to couple houses down from us. They lied
Well I ordered a pizza at this location and it was trash….. no sauce, toppings tasted like it was past the expiration date. Don’t waste your money at this place
My order was ready and exactly as ordered and was easy to pick up in the drive thru line.
I ordered online. The 2 receipts to the far left are my original order total of $29.48. I requested to add 2 marinara at the window, the associate stated that she could just add it, came back with the 2 middle receipts of $34.72 and stated that she couldn't add it that we would have to pay for it separately, which we did as shown in the last 2 receipts on the far right for $1.53. I waited for the incorrect $34.72 charge to clear my bank account, and contacted this Pizza Hut regarding the incorrect amount -- both the associate who answered the phone and the manager stated that it is what the store is choosing to charge me, that I can bring my receipts and confirmation e-mail for the order but that the $34.72 is what the store is choosing to charge. This is my first and last order for this store, as I am disputing this with my bank instead of wasting my time with people who are choosing to be problematic.
We never use this pizza hut but our other one is moving (big mistake by the way.....no drive through line at new place. Will cut business).... Anyway. 3 of 4 pizza were burnt. The cook knew they were burned, and the person that boxed it knew they were. No one said a thing or apologized or offered a discount or to re cook. We live 25 min away and had a kitchen full of teenage boys. Bad business. Will never go there again.
I love pizza hut!!! I Love everything about Pizza Hut the team, and the food!!! Everytime I go they never fail me

My food was ready and hot when I got it. It was good. The employees were ok. Not overly friendly.
I usually get Pizza Hut Stuffed Crust as my baseline.... That said, I was VERY disappointed in the offerings from this establishment. There was barely any sauce, so the pizza was DRY. The 3 toppings I ordered were so sparse that I could barely tell they were there and the pizza base was thick, making the overall pizza very dry. It was one of the WORST pizzas I have ever gotten, and this is my favorite combination, so my expectations are set in stone. The wings were new for me and I was equally unimpressed. Soggy batter swimming in a sauce that turned the batter into a kind of gruel. A totally unappealing waste of money that I will never try this again!
Man OH MAN !!! Ive had plenty of Pizza Hut over the years and they always are great!! But this order was totally off the chain!!! The online ordering software is simple and awesome... The order arrived well BEFORE the estimated delivery time!! The delivery person was not only polite but VERY PROFESSIONAL!! ANNNNNNNND... the pizza was like I was "in the restaurant" HOT annnnd FRESH out of the oven!!! AWESOME AWESOME JOB!!! Whoever that crew has for a manager... promote that person to district manager and turn those crew members into crew trainers!!! That manager and crew are totally on the ball!!! AWESOME JOB!!! After driving over 400 miles to get to my hotel in Tupelo MS, THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH!!!
