We came for our fifth anniversary. It was our first time & weâre very impressed, weâll certainly be back.
Went on a date while in Tupelo. We were looking forward to the experience. Our dinner was at 6:30. We ended up seated on the roof which was nice, but we noticed there were no other customers outside and very few in the dining area at a prime time for dinner. While it was nice having the deck to ourselves, we were disappointed once our food came. My husband ordered a rare fillet and it was cooked to medium. I had salmon and the edges were dried out. When you are paying $30 to $40 per meal you expect the chef to know how to properly cook it. If they can get the food right, they have a great place for people to enjoy dinning.
Wonderful food! The chicken entree was INCREDIBLE! We also loved the tuna tartar. Everything tasted fresh and was cooked to perfection!
Please discuss with your chef on the pasta dish. This was not your normal quality. Fusilli peas and corn from a frozen bag (seemed). Mushroom and over salted hard shrimp. Sorry other then this dish. It was good. Please correct or remove from you menu
Waitstaff was unprofessional. You serve from the left son. And you donât pass a plate in front of a guest to the adjacent guest. Wine glasses filled to the brim. Ok for drinks. Lipstick and prints left on the glass from previous guests. Not good for anyone. Thankfully the host noticed I was wiping the wineglass with my napkin and came over. Halibut was over salted. Salad was good. Never going back.
The bartender/waitress was very pleasant and informative.

We had our third 5 Star meal at Park Heights this year. We love our crab cake appetizer, braised Caesar salad, and grilled halibut meals very much as well as the cheesecake desert with Oreo crust. We love the quiet atmosphere which is perfect for a date. While our service was slow because they were very busy with a couple large parties, our server, Joseâ, kept his cool, remained professional and did the best he could as well and the host was also helping out getting drinks. We look forward to our next visit.
