I requested to have my wings cooked well done and unfortunately they were not cooked as I requested, I called to inform them of their mistake and the guy I spoke to wasn’t professional about their mistake at all, the only thing he said was “well we ran them through twice and there’s nothing else we could do “ the wings were not cooked all the way through so we threw them away, we will not be back!!!
Worst pizza I have ever eaten. Cheese wasn’t melted, veggies and meat were cool, and the sauce didn’t taste cooked. It’s like they threw it in the oven for 5 minutes. Never again.
Ordered on line for pick up and was told would be ready in 30-40 mins. Got the in that time frame and was told it was still being made and sit in the parking lot for another 30 mins before my food arrived to my car.

I have not been mad in years. That streak ended tonight, when I had the misfortune of speaking with the manager on duty tonight at this Papa John's location. I received a cheese pizza, when my initial order was for a $12, 3-topping pizza. In applying my code, my pizza was changed to just a cheese pizza. I called the Papa John's from where my pizza was ordered, and the manager on duty greeted me with attitude while I was trying to explain my situation to him. I was interrupted
Great staff...very kind holding doors and friendly drivers pulled up and made conversation as I was getting to vehicle.

Last night we ordered & not only was our order received very quickly, it was hot & very good; it was a little pricey but otherwise awesome
