We visited this Outback in Tupelo while traveling and it couldn’t have been a better experience! We arrived at what was starting to be a very busy time of day but we got seated fast and our server got to us quickly and we mentioned we were traveling and short on time. She got our order, kept us refilled without us having to ask, and the food came quickly. It was terrific as always—we love Outback—and the place was so clean and fresh despite being very busy. The owner/manager? Spencer even stopped by our table to chat about our trip and be sure we had everything we needed and that we were satisfied. Everyone there was great! I don’t typically write reviews but thought this visit really deserved one!! We’ll definitely make it a point to stop there again on our trips!
Would have enjoyed it a lot more if the air conditioner wasn't blowing out snow balls. We were freezing and when we asked them to turn the air up, they said they couldn't because the kitchen doesn't have air. Not good for business to make your customers miserable. Our food got cold before we could finish it; it was so cold in there. I had to use my napkin to cover my legs. I know we weren't the only ones cold either. The guy at the bar said he ordered some whiskey to try to warm up. We spent $60 for the two us, and could not enjoy it.
Outback in Tupelo has become one of our favorite places to eat. The staff is exceptional and the food is delicious. We had a waiter tonight, Devin B, he was probably one of the best waiters we’ve ever had anywhere!
The waitress was a complete joy. Very attentive, sweet and had a sincere smile, always ready to assist. My dad and I ordered the salmon, sweet potato, which is delicious. Butter and Cinnamon makes the sweet potatoes/yams a great side dish and, oh so tender, and well seasoned asparagus. Almost forget about the small, dark rye bread loafs with churned, sweet butter that is given as part of the meal. The bread/butter is also well made and very soft. Excellent meal to an 'Beautiful Day'.
I had a baked sweet potato. It was so good . Macaroni n cheese was dry ? my grandson didn't like it. Everything else was great.
Was not pleased with this visit at the Tupelo location at all. The service was not that good and the food was worse. The hamburger steak i ordered tasted sour and was burnt and the veggies were soggy could have sucked them threw a straw and it was all sitting in water. My mom had a burger only took about 3 bites and before we got home she was throwing up. My daughter's order was ok but they gave her the order that was meant for someone else so it was not how she had ordered it. They did not offer a discount or anything. They offered me another selection and charged full price for everything. Let me say i love Outback and go often as i can but i really don't think i will go back to this location again.
Food was great. Waitress was excellent and working on her birthday. That’s dedication!!
The food was very good and fresh. The staff was friendly send checked on our table often. Had a great time!
