The food was EXCELLENT!! our waiter was great. Excellent customer service!! My husband and I really enjoyed a great Father's day Saturday meal without our children for once:) lol..CONS!!The place was stuffy and our tables were sticky and the mixed drink with starwberries in it was HORRIBLE !
All around great. Salad, breadsticks and I got lasagna with a small order of spaghetti and meatballs and it was just great! Had to take most of it home. The server prepared fresh salad and tea for us to take home. The only thing I didn't like was our booth, it was too small. Great customer service!! Highly recommend this place for anything!
I'm not a huge fan of chain restaurants but we were in town dealing with a family emergency & this was close to our hotel. I have to say it was probably the best experience I've ever had at an Olive Garden, thanks ENTIRELY to our server. Timothy was attentive & incredibly knowledgeable. His menu suggestions were excellent. You can tell he enjoys what he does & he's very good at it. If we have to return to Tupelo anytime soon, we will probably revisit this location & ask for him again.
Waitress at lunch today around 1:45 was wonderful. They found me a table where I could charge my phone too. I have found that the problem here isn’t the staff, but the customers, some of which I let know their behavior wasn’t appropriate and compensated the waitress on their behalf. This restaurant is doing great, keep dodging the public!
Ate lunch yesterday at tupelo location while wedding dress shopping and had a great experience. Rashaan was our server and did a great job! Food was great, service was great and didn’t take long at all. Best restaurant experience had in a long time.
The place needs updated. I love their soup and salad. This location needs to be remodeled. When you walk into the dining room there is a weird smell. ? I don't know what it is but it's very strong and it's there everytime I visit this location. The booths are very uncomfortable because they are worn out and the wood pokes they the both seat. I love olive garden just wish this one could be updated.
The food, as always, very good and certainly worth the money with the healthy serving of pasta; the soup was also very good and the waitress was very helpful and attentive as well. Falls short of 5 stars because The food took about 45 minutes to get to the table. Uncommon for a party of 2 and a very early supper at that. With all that said I want to close this review on a good note I did enjoy my dinner and I will definitely be back soon.
Great service and a great waiter. They were all extremely patient and the manager was very kind. I would recommend the place any day of the week.
Wait was supposed to be 45 minutes, and table was ready in 20.Visited regularly, and will revisit.
After my last experience I said I would never eat here again, but a group of friends were going so we decided to give it one more shot. I was actually glad we went. I enjoyed the fellowship with my friends and the service and food were actually pretty good this time. The price for what we ordered was surprisingly worth it. They quick to bring drink and keep us refills. The apps actually came well before the entrees. Over all I have to say I am impressed. It was pretty hot in there and they said they tried to turn tje heat down but it never cooled off. We were in the back room with lots of people, so that probably didn't help. The server's even said it was hot and apologized. I will try it again hopefully I am just as pleased.
