Tenders hard, potato skins dry and half burnt on appetizer plate .Cole slaw very vinegary.And got left off plate. Had to wait for it.Got the cod and 1 crab cake mac and cheese ( noodles under done and cheese watery.)Potato soup. Forgotten had to ask for it. ( 3 PC of potato and cheese and water. ) Left almost all of sides.Put trash on plates and server asked if we were still working on them?Wt????As going out the door server told us to have a good day and come back and I said NO we will not be back.No answer from him.
Excellent service and the staff was so hospitable especially considering we were like the last customers coming in before close. We came for take out and the server who took care of us was beyond polite, sociable, attentive and made us feel very welcomed and cared for. Great expirences all around. I want to compliment one thing for sure and that is the fact you guys actually wrap your chicken on your salads up in aluminum foil for to go meals and that is so smart and no other restraunt does this but we most certainly noticed and enjoyed this difference between you and other competitors.
Went here about a week ago and the food was good but the hostess was very rude. Our waiter was kind and he did try to make up for how rude she was or at least I thought he was kind…. My debit card got hit last night and I’m positive it was the waiter. First time my debit card has left my sight in over a year. So, please pay with cash or you will be sorry like me. Won’t go here again due to dishonest and rude workers.
Good lunch! Excellent rolls! We both had lunch salad with chicken. Our waitperson was a breath of fresh air in this post COVID world; friendly, efficient and knowledgeable! Pricing was market competitive!

We had one of the best waiters, his name was Zae. He kept coming around checking on us. All the food was great!

This was my second time eating here and it was so much worse than the first!!! The first thing I have to say is that service was absolutely wonderful! Our waiter was always close by, kept drinks full, and was extremely polite. The food however, was a different story. The salmon was over cooked while the steak was completely raw. I asked for medium rare and it was still blue. I sent it back and the same steak came out just as raw but slightly warmer. When I sent it back again our kind waiter informed the manager who came to check on our table. I asked for it to be cooked medium well and put in a to go box. Finally after 2 hours we left with a medium rare steak(which was the original order) and cold sides. The manager was lovely but the cooks obviously have no idea what they are doing!!!
The food was great but the service sucked. My waitress never took forever to bring me my food and she was forgetting things. She can't asked me did I need some water but she was serving someone else in her area and never asked them. She bought them a refill. Despite all of that, my steak was very good.
The waiter, his services were great. BUT, the hostess she could have stayed home with that attitude and her will of not wanting to be there. The restaurant was a MESS. Maybe it was a busy Sunday and maybe there is lack of workers. But, there is no way to have the restaurant as messy as it was. Now, if the workers can take the time to take pictures and eat cupcakes while at work they should have cleaned up first or had done that after closing. Not going back, sorry again the waiter was cool but the rest gets 2 thumbs down.
