Absolutely the worst service! I placed a curbside pickup order in the app at 9:30 a.m. for pickup at 1:00 p.m. I received texts asking me to check in when on my way and when I arrived. I did so and waited. And waited. And waited. I called repeatedly but they didn't answer. I ended up driving to another restaurant to pick up another order and it was brought out immediately. I then returned to Newks to wait some more. I had not wanted to go inside because I'm a healthcare worker still exposed to covid daily but after an hour finally gave up and went inside. My food had been sitting on a shelf for an hour and no one bothered to bring it out or notify me to go inside to pick it up. I requested that it be made fresh as I didn't want salmon that had been sitting out for an hour, so I had to wait again. Never did anyone apologize or even offer a coupon, free beverage, or anything. Never again! We'll find another place for salads in Tupelo.
The food was Awesome . I tried the create your own pizza. My next visit I will try one of those delicious salad.
They have really good pizza and sandwiches. Also the sweet pickles are a must. The strawberry cake is definitely some of the best I've ever had.

Nice Place for a sandwich much better menu than Jason's Deli or McAlister's. I dined in here on 2/17/22 in Tupelo and the service was great and the food was pretty good this is a clean location and you will get a great meal here.
Just had dinner at Newks! Everything about the place was great! We had a little mixup with our order and it was taken care of easily. The food was fantastic and the sweet girl that helped us was terrific! We will go back for sure!

Great experience. Service was quick. Employees were very nice. My newks chicken sandwich and chicken tortilla soup was very good. And splenda tea was excellent.
Good service and clean. Not a fan of the new menu, but great family place to go. Great tea!
