Fun atmosphere, great customer service.
Greeting when we walked in was slow. We stood there for a few minutes. Server was slow - took a while for her to come to our table. Food came out fast and fresh. The food was really good. I had the Texan burger and my sister had the Patty Melt. Both were great. The bun on the burger was sweet and soft but held up the big burger patty on the Texan. The fried pickles were fresh and tangy like a pickle should be! Good sweet tea too! Overall it was good and I would come back!
I don't normally leave bad reviews but I have to make an exception this time. I sat at the bar and was waited on in a reasonable amount of time for my drink order. Took a long time for the bartender to take my food order along with my main I requested that my salad come out first. Bartender said she could not control that. Well, my burger came out without a salad. The burger was not at all what I was expecting. Not very tasty and the fries were ice cold. I understand the bartender was new but I feel management should provide her with a helper or trainer. I most likely will not come back.
Amazing food and great service. Stopped in while traveling through from FL-MO. We will definitely be back! My favorite restaurant we tried all week.
Took my extended family here because I had a great burger there about a year ago. The staff was friendly but the burgers (all of them) were way overcooked. This after I had bragged to my daughter how good they were.
Much better than my last visit... they handled a big group on short notice with smiles and good service
I ate mugshots when it first opened and it was great, but we had a bad experience about 2 or 3 years ago when they changed their sweet potato fries and took away the black bean burger so we took a long break. However, today was the worst experience ever since we have been going. My wife's veggie burger was dry and tasteless. However the food was not the worst part, since it was somewhat decent. We waited to have our ordered taken after being seated for 20 mins. My wife was able to walk back around the block to the car and back before our order was taken. We then waited 30 more Minutes before our food was brought to us. The waitress only checked on us twice and then while she was suppose to take our payment for the food, she left us during mid conversation to go to another table. We took our food to go. We will wait another 3 years before we go back. Maybe it will change.
We had good burgers and chicken tenders. Kids Alfredo was not good- 3 year old wouldn't take more than a bite and ended up eating most of my chicken even though she loves alfredo. Service was lacking for a busy Friday night. Beer menu needed updating and the server was clueless about the menu. I sat for almost 20mins before the server acknowledged me and my daughter. Had to ask for plates, napkins and silverware even after appetizers arrived.
The service and food use to be great. But this last year the restaurant has really went down hill. They never have enough staff to seat anybody. They keep blame the problem on short staff but yet all the other restaurants seems to be doing fine. The Grill right across the street has no issues seating people. It is time for this please to change up it staffing and get some people in there who can bring it back to life!
I just left and stopped by the restroom and there was no tissue. I stopped at the hostess station and told a young man and young girl. They semi acknowledged me and never made a move, never looked at me. They were not busy, but just standing there talking. Rude! Even if it's not their job, it should have been immediately relayed to the correct person. The only reason I'm giving a five star is because our waitress and food was very good. It took a long time getting it to the table but it was good.
