I went through the drive thru and the service was not as I expected. There really wasn't anyone inside the restaurant or in the drive thru line. So this should have been quick and easy.My order was simple and she gave me a total at the speaker. When I got to the window, she took my card, ran it and then asked what did I order? Apparently, they had confused my order with the person behind me in line..The manager on duty started switching bags and asking things about the order to the lady in front of me in a non-professional manner instead of taking it to the side away from the customer. We waited another five minutes for the order to be corrected and didn't even get an apology for taking so long or mixing the order up. I was not impressed.

Slowest service ever. Short staffed

I walk in the dining room, and stand there. They saw me walk in, and let me stand there. Then 3 minutes later, a lady said they couldn't take my order. She said the lobby is closed. But the door was unlocked, and no sign on the door. I'm hauling a large & tall trailer, I couldn't pull through the drive thru! Extremely angry! I walked over to this McDonald's, because I couldn't pull in the parking lot.

Too busy playing to accurately take my order. I asked for two sausage egg McMuffin, twice actually because she asked if I wanted the meal and I replied no and repeated the entree. Asked for a coffee and she offered cream and sugar in which I accepted, but the chatter in the background was jovial. They were having a great time inside which is cool, until I get my food with no egg and coffee with no cream or sugar. The line was long, and the lobby was closed. Terrible

Don't waste you time if your lucky enough to even get the food you ordered it'll still be messed up I have called and made complaint after complaints and still horrible service last time I ordered a double cheeseburger I figured they couldn't mess that up by the time I got back to work and opened it up it was just bread and ketchup no hamburger every time you go there their frappe machine is always down they say they stop selling breakfast at 10:30 I went through there at 10 a.m. and was told that they are no longer selling breakfast they have already switched to lunch when I called and made the complaint man didn't even offer to refund my money or replace the messed up meal only thing he said was they'll work on it do yourself a favor and don't stop here

DO NOT LEAVE THE DRIVE THRU WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR ORDER. I have never gone to this location and actually got what I ordered. Not once. Bad management/employee turnover means no one is held accountable for anything. They stay in business because of their location. You have been warned!

Disorganized (unconcerned, slow, service), no sweet tea, got a coke, mixture was off and could not drink. Fries tasted microwaved could not eat. Quarter-pounder tasted strange so I did not eat. I do understand the current situation we are in, but this,,this has me at a loss for words. I hope they can get these things corrected soon. I have eaten there many times in the past and would hate to see it close. Good luck.

My sandwich was missing and when I went back thru they took forever to see what was going on eventhough I told the young lady at the intercom, no professionalism or apology

Too slow.Had a lot of employees there, but only 3 actually working

At 7:30 pm or so on a Thursday night, fast ordering for ourselves was easy on the sticky interactive touchscreen. Oh oh. Hand cleaner attached to order station empty. Swell. Oh, told that our order of I swear tea bounced -- there is no tea. At all. Took cups to soda machine. Ice very wet. Diet Coke mix off -- watery. We sat a few yards down from the entrance and counter, talking quietly in the now empty restaurant. Then: shouts from the front. Oh, our food was ready, and its not coming to our table.Time to run and get it from the stressed sounding and nice food assembler. So -- is this a preview of a sad 1 worker joint of the future, "Help yourself to whatever isn't empty? That will make total automation/robots in fast food minibox establishments a relief by comparison, perhaps.
