Customer service was awful. First, the inside was closed, which is understandable since the pandemic but they could at least put a sign up for visitors who might not know that. Second, the employee working the drive thru was rude and had an attitude. Also, the second employee at the second pick up window had headphones in and didn't acknowledge our presents so of course they forgot something with the order, but he couldn't hear me or just didn't care. The only reason they got a second star is because the food was fresh and hot. Don't plan on coming back.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The sign on the door said “come on in” and the door was unlocked. I got my family of 8 out to enjoy a meal inside and only then an employee sitting in her car smoking marajuana rolled her window down to tell us the dining room was closed. I went in anyway to ask if we could eat inside since the dining room hours were posted, the door was unlocked and the sign said come in. They told me they were closed and booted us all out. I asked them to take the sign off the door and they laughed at me. Don’t waste your time with this place. Go to the Wendy’s down the block if you need a burger fix. Their service was awesome and their dining room was open!
Chicken sandwich has come a long way. Very good. Clean place with nice restrooms too. Friendly staff.
Got a big Mac, nuggets , 2 bacon mcdoubles and a fry , looked in the bag and one of the burgers was a mcdouble add ketchup add cheese and i handed it back to the guy and he wanted the receipt and the bag , took my food and looked at the receipt and went back in the kitchen . Came and Gave me the back bag saying sorry bout the mixup just wanted to make sure it was all there. I thought it was sorted so i left and discovered he never even put my burger in the bag. Not even the wrong one. Just didn't check my bag . They forgot my bbq sauce too . Cold fries. Why do i come back here
Food was fresh but we had a whole conversation about getting ranch and then ended paying and getting BBQ you sneaky mfs.
Employee's are offensive, and slow . 4 out of 5 times they get order completely wrong and don't get everything ordered.

Horrible service! Check your food but if it's wrong you won't get your money back or fix it and they will tell you your wrong and you have to pay for them to fix what they messed up. I Ordered 2 hot and spices and 2 McChickens and 2 cokes. Got our order and it was only 1 hot n spicey and 3 McChickens and 1 of the cokes was a Dr pepper. When we told them what was wrong they gave us another drink and it was another Dr pepper. The 3rd time we got our coke but they argued my mcchicken was a hot and spicy (even though those were brown and the hot n spicey was red) they argued with me for 10 minutes then told me they would give me a hot n spicey if I paid for a new one.
