Drive thru says it closes at 1. Was there at 12:30 people were inside but ignoring that someone wants to order food. I get you want to go home but posted hours still say your on the clock.
Stopped for a quick lunch and should have skipped this location. Ordered 2 double cheese and fries. Service was slow but we attributed it to our hot fries, so far so good. Took a bite of the sandwich and it was cold, not warm or lukewarm COLD! The burger was so cold the cheese wouldn’t stick on the burger. Why are most McDonalds so poor?
This location has had obvious problems since the beginning of the pandemic. On this visit, the menu was very limits and my first two choices were unavailable. I have also continued to receive wrong orders on one in 10 or one in 5 visits. I have to put aside and check now. Mostly do not go here anymore.
Quick drive thru experience. Took pride in their work. Ketchup was not all over inside wrapper and freshly made. I know its McDonalds. But you dont always get same quality at each one. Kudos to this location. Great job!
They don't have hamburger meat at 10:00 p.m. This place sucks all you can order is chicken products.
Food was cold and hashbrowns were soft and flimsy. Service was slow even though I was the only one at the register. Workers showed no urgency to take care of the customers. Disappointing visit
This McDonald's did not get our order correct. Even after us telling them that it was wrong. We were shorted on food that we had paid for.
It was good. The only thing that was open was the drive thru, because of the renovations, so it took a second to get through the line but the order was right and the employees were very friendly.
The staff there are great and courteous, however, understaffed. The employees are trying to keep this store afloat. They need help. This restaurant is in a great location and could service many people. My food is always hot and I love that.McDonald's please take care of your employees at the restaurant on Eason Blvd., Tupelo, MS.
Fast food, great value and so far I have been utilizing the app which has some really good deals and offers.
