Out server was great but the food was not. It was not busy at all. To start at the beginning, I called first and whoever answered made it seem as if they were busy. We got there and was seated at once. Our order was taken and the waiter came back to make sure my mom's order was correct. When the order came out in pieces, it was wrong. Our order was not brought to us at one time even after we told them it was wrong. The Manger on duty tried to make it right and apologized over and over giving us free dessert. When you have been driving for hours and not having eaten all day you just want it to be correct.
Confirmed a week ago that they would accommodate our graduation party of 30. I was told to call the day before to confirm, only to be told that they can’t even accommodate a party of more than 10, and that whoever told me that, should not have told me that. Here we are a day before, and I’m going to have to scramble to make reservations, or have a disappointed graduate. Thanks for nothing!!! Will definitely not be spending any money here again.
I recently had a bad Longhorn experience at the Southaven location. Longhorn sent me a gift card. So my daughter and I went on a driving adventure and ate at the Tupelo longhorn. What a difference. The steaks were thick, tender, juicy, and flavorful. Tho waitress was very attentive. Service was top notch. Thank you guys
This is our go to place for a great steak dinner! The food is always excellent and our favorite server is Mia. She is absolutely AMAZING, super sweet, and always gets our order correct! We prefer to get her every visit if we can! Highly recommend Longhorn in Tupelo Ms
Me and my Dad went tonight and the waitress was so kind and came to our every need. Checked on us at least 4 times. Food was amazing. Bottom line check this place out. Thanks Longhorn :)))))
Service was mediocre ?. Brought my son for his first date. He sat at a separate table from me and she gave him no change. Mind you he is 15 and had never experienced paying before so she got way to much of a tip. His bill was 18. Something and he gave her his 50.00 bill and she didn't ask if he needed change. He didn't tell me until he asked for more money for popcorn at the movies. Hope she was blessed.
Everything was great. Our server, Nickie, was very friendly and kept us in fresh bread and drinks. We both got the chopped steak with gravy, onions and mushrooms. She seen me picking out the mushrooms and wanted to know if there was a problem. She offered to take it back but I said no my husband likes them so I always give them to him. She laughed at that. We had a good time to go with a good day. Thanks for a good time. will be back
It was a great dine in experience and our server was fabulous. The food was delish and some. We will be going back again and I'd recommend anyone else to go as well.

Pricy, but worth it. I had New York Strip and steamed broccoli. That is my favorite cut of steak and it is very hard to find around here. This was lunch and the service was great.
