Drive thru has been fast lately
I bought 8 PC bucket meal. When I got home it was all dark meat. I like the wings and breast. I did not get a receipt. It is a 25 minute drive back and I have a one year old so not going back and will never go back.
The woman taking orders at the drive-thru is the most rudest person I’ve encountered in the fast food industry. When I ordered she told me to hold on, came back and confirmed my order, I decided to change my order and she just told me to pull around. When I got to the window, she told me “I coulda sworn you said 2 number 12’s” and start mumbling under her breath. After I took my receipt, she looked back at me with a mean face. Can’t believe KFC allows that type of attitude at work.
Unable to place order in drive thru due to fact that employee was listening to what I was saying. Clearly the employee was more interested in what her co worker was discussing that taking my order.
The biscuits were raw in the middle like pulling apart doughy dough. The chicken wasn't the best I've had from this location. Not going there again any time soon.
The chicken parts are really small. Staff on their cell phones. You could here there conversation over the speaker.
The employees are sweet and work really hard . The prices are almost double.. our once a month eat outs, are not worth it.. again employees here are very nice.
The most sweetest and caring people and made me and my family feel like we was important to them! They helped us make the best food choices for our family! Thanks for understanding we have a big family and making us feel important!
This one does drive-thru not dining in because of the covid...
Short lady at the drive through wonder was extremely rude, sarcastic, and loud. Mumbles terribly so I had to ask her to repeat herself which apparently set her off even more. I had placed order online about 30 minutes before I arrived and they asked me to pull around, then I had to wait another 10 minutes. I pulled back around to the window. She handed me a bag of food. I asked for my money back and she shut the window in my face. I waited a few more minutes and asked for my money back. She threatened to call the police on me, shut the window in my face again, and refused to give me her name. I’ve never had such rude service anywhere in my life.
