Came in, got seated, other people came in the same time, after 15 mins got waited on, after 40 mins still no food. Other people got up and left, we left also, i do not recommend ihop in tupelo at all, no service, wont give change back, dont know if they cant add and subtract, but wont give change, pitiful, management needs new management, never again will we go to tupelo ihop period!!! Stay away from this place, could only give 1 star, if i could have it would have been a negative
Our waitress was absolutely amazing. She said she had worked there for 4 years. We are traveling on vacation and have a crew of 10 people. She took our entire order without writing it down including how we wanted our eggs, no onions , etc. She got every single thing correct and the food was great too!!!! This gal deserves a very good raise. The food was good but she was even better!! We will stop here anytime we pass thru because of her great service.
The food was excellent other than some rude customers the food was delicious.The cook Michael Kohlheim is the Best.
Walked in and the cook had to run around the building looking for the only server. Only two people were working at 6pm on a Tuesday. 5 minutes later we were seated. We were the only people in the restaurant but there were several tables that still had dishes and trash all around that had not been bothered to be cleared. We were seated and the first thing I noticed was the overpowering strong smell of bleach and cheap cleaning supplies. The whole situation was very sketchy and unpleasant so my father and I left. Will never be back. Judging by experiences from others I know, this place should be shut down.
never got refills on our drinks. we couldn’t even eat the pancakes (paid extra for them) or the french toast because they never brought the syrup like we asked. i think we saw the waitress only when she took our order. never once looked in our direction or checked to see if we needed anything.
This was by far the worst IHOP i have ever went to. My friend and I went in around 2 in the morning to eat. The food was horrible. The coffee was luke warm, i had a couple sips. My friend and I told the waitress it was cold. She topped our coffee with the sams lukewarm coffee. We waited like 20 minutes for a fresh pot and i decided i just wanted some milk as the grease from the little bits of food i did eat was giving me heartburn. The restaurant was just horrible. Our server was a brown skinned lady with bright red dreadlocks who clearly doesn't know how to be a good server. I was charged for the coffee that i didn't drink. I was not happy not satisfied
Service was good, food was good but coffee was way too strong. Not sure if it was old or they just make it that way. Other than that is was great.

It was bad very bad the waiter gave my man a drink with a bug in it then gave us utensils with her hands nope I left them took two hours for our food I’m not even from Mississippi I’m from Tennessee bad service
Do Not Go Here if your hungry. Waited 45 min and never got our food. Another customer food was cold. Very bad service. One cook goofing around ND arguing with waiters. They don't desire a 1 side rating. Do Not Go To This Restaurant.
