Terrible atmosphere.. Some friends and I visited Saturday night. We sat on the patio because of the elbow to elbow crowd inside. We were there maybe 30 minutes before were called “faggots, rope suckers and sissies” by some of the late night patrons just for being there. If you’re not a boot wearin, good ole boy this probably is not your spot. Hate I had to find out the hard way.
The food was amazing the service was great restaurant was clean and the steaks were huge juicy and cheap best place to get a big 16 oz steak well worth the money

This Jem is a good place to hit lunch or dinner. The server was very cordial and told us about different events they hold each week. Food was average. Not bad not great.i will visit again
Appetizers, salads and entrees all came out at the same time, waitress looked at us like we were crazy when we were upset about it then worst part the food was cold and we asked for a manager and are still waiting to speak to one ? First and last time to EVER eat here. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it.
My first time going honestly and it was very pleasant, friendly and felt like a place I will go back to! Only thing that got me was music was blasting but it was entirely ok their D.J needs a raise lol

The server acted like he did not want to serve us. The Alfredo was very bland as well as the noodles were over cooked. We sent it back and ordered hamburger steak and Chicken tenders. The meat is spoiled rotten. The manager (or owner) refused to take the food off of our ticket, wouldn’t even discount it. Not worth the amount of money we had to pay??
Very rude staff. Could not get a waitress, when I finally did they told me to go order at bar cause they were busy with a bunch of drunk people tables. So we just left. Will not go again!!!
Good place. It's a little halfway joint I just did get loaded down the road good stop and get something to eat I go back
