I think you guys should add customer service as topics to discuss. This is our second time eating here this week. I order a strange burger and that’s my fault.? I am very easy going and as long as there aren’t raw onions on it I can make it work. (If you know you know) Tonight I called and talked to Lorenzo as the burger I got had extra raw onions on it and just smelling it made my soul leave my body for a minute. Lorenzo was super polite and kind and I plan on getting my burger next week. (Mayo and Al.. haha don’t judge me) charley
I think five guys is a touch overpriced, now i usually go there for fries only now.I have a mushroom allergy and my food had to be remade multiple times. First they forgot cheese , then they forgot bacon & onions, then it had mushrooms. Thankfully the nice cashier finally took it upon herself to just make it. I think I'll keep it as just fries
Didn't realize how much a hamburger with everything on it could be and who could eat all them fries. Like seriously ?. The most expensive ridiculous waste of a meal. And than tell us after we pay how big the fries where. And how much a cheese burger with lettuce tomatoes onions pickles would be. Well it's $20 and 6 of us. So ya it was a expensive meal. First and last time I go there. But I will say the hamburger was delicious
I came at 3pm on Saturday. Not a holiday. Open sign on. Doors locked and no one inside. Absolute poor management if any management at all.
Pube looking hairs in the burger, didn’t even get the right order. Will never be going to another Five Guys again.
The burgers are awesome and YOU request the condiments and toppings. Love the fries and the order is generous. Peanuts are available again. The staff was friendly and present. Dining room is OPEN! We did not have to wait 12 cars deep in a drive thru.
Absolutely love five guys! Everytime I have been the food is always delicious! Cajun fries are a must. It is a touch expensive but worth it!
Way over priced...will not be making this mistake again. The fries were soggy...disappointing dining experience.
We got the veggie burger it was only $5.00 bucks!! Plus the Cajun fries are the best!!
