After ordering on line catering 4 days in advance I was told my order was ready - arriving to pickup my order on the scheduled day - no subs ready - the staff and Manager Rebecca offered no help in picking up my already paid for and ordered catering . No pickles in order and ordered 50 subs . Very disappointed in the Tupelo ms store
The food was great, the atmosphere was comfortable, plenty of seating. The service was quick, the young lady taking my order was polite but almost making fun of me, like I was stupid for asking questions & I didn't appreciate that. Besides that, the rest of the employees were very nice & polite. The mannerism from the young man who made my order, made me feel appreciated. Highly recommended place to eat for me!

Order 4 sandwiches and 1 my sandwich was awful. I don't what happened. It smelled bad. It tasted bad. Think something was off woth the meat, and no I'm not pregnant...Never had any issues with any location. Always spotless. Always amazing staff. Made me mad about my sandwich. That was my dinner.
Online ordered this place 3 times in the last 6 months and every pickup time I’ve come to pick up my order I have had to wait almost 20 minutes for my order after my original pick up time and during my times waiting for my late order the staff are constantly playing and joking with each other instead of doing their jobs!!!!!! This place definitely needs improvements!!!!

Have been there multiple times and haven’t had a bad sub yet! Favorite by far was the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket! Very nice and fast pickup!
We get this place on our minds and got to go visit with them to get one of their delicious subs!The selection is great and the place is super clean and enjoyable surroundings! You gotta try it!!!
