I normally don’t leave Reviews, but this time, I’m honestly upset. I ordered food today for myself and my children through Tupelo 2 go. Tupelo 2 go is NOT at fault to how food is cooked in the restaurant.Chicken nuggets? That looks NOTHING like a chicken nugget and it’s burned so much. The second picture is NOT a bone, it feels exactly like a piece of plastic. It was in my Burrito D’Casa.Did money get wasted? Yeah. But I don’t care, I’m not asking for a refund or anything. Just do better. Don’t send food out like this.
This was an absolute terrible experience. My friends and I had a party of 6. Understandable, that there is an extremely long wait time due to our party and it also being Cinco De Mayo. We waited 2 hours to be seated, we then proceed to ask how much longer on our wait would be. We were told 30 more minutes. Within those 30 minutes there was a couple that walked in and the manager Alex THE MANAGER proceeded to sit the couple down at a 6 table crescent booth in the back. We then told him that was unfair, because the couple were only there 5 minutes before being seated at a table that sat 6 people. He very much knew the couple, as he tried to WHISPER that he would get them seated immediately. Let’s not forget there was a African American couple that walked in two minutes before them and was told it would be an hour wait. Alex did not offer good customer service or try to resolve the issue in a professional manner.
Good lunch specials with a salad and salsa bar. Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. The food came out hot and quickly. I enjoyed the enchiladas rancheros and a side of Mexican corn. Portion size was enough for lunch and dinner.
Normally I don't post reviews but yesterday took the cake. I walked in to this restaurant and had one guest accompanying me. My office is across the street so I asked to be seated next to the window in the event I need to run to my office. Long story short he ignored my request and stated that it was a 6 top which is understandable but two of the booths only had 2 people in each so when I expressed that he shoved the menus and utensils toward me and said sit where u want too. That's rude, disrespectful and inconsiderate of paying customers. I totally could understand if there was a line of people trying toget seated but not the case. I was a customer that ate there at least 3 times a week out of convenience but yesterday proved that customer service don't count at dcasa on gloster

I’ve always like it but I guess I came too close to closing. They close at 10. I was seated at 9:10. My fish tacos came out at 9:20. They were cold and didn’t have any cabbage. Just cold fish and cheese. The waiter asked me if everything was good immediately after I was brought my food …so before I even opened a taco. He didn’t check back for 18 minutes. I took it all home and made it 10 times better by heating it up and adding veggies. Salsa and chips were great.
Hands down the best Mexican food in the whole area of Tupelo and all its surrounding areas!! I was so happy to have found an authentic Mexican restaurant here as it's my favorite and being from California, I have enough experience in this particular cuisine to be picky lol!! I'm joking, anyone can be picky about anything, it's our natural right and choice to have preferences and mine is Authentic Mexican. Not, oh please no, Not Taco Bell "Mexican", but real, flavorful, spicy, sizzling vegetables kinda Mexican food!! The people are great, food is delicious, and the prices are fair!! The margaritas are absolutely insane and will have you dancing in only a sombrero in no time haha!! Ok, I'm joking again but it's possible though, anything is right?? They have a lunch bar that has everything they offer on the menu available for only a couple of hours, lunch hour Monday through Friday for around $12.99?? I'm not sure on the price, it's been a little while since I last knew for sure but now that I've mentioned it, I know what I'm doing for lunch tomorrow!!! See you there at noon?
Awesome, every time. Short but sweet review but they are simply the best Mexican in Tupelo.
Loved it. Beautiful design and decor inside and out. Food and staff were absolutely fantastic.
