Didn't get anything!! Always out of Steak. Customer service is horrible in Tupelo, Mississippi. Worker says don't know where the cook is. 2nd time this has happened. Customers leaving out the store no food, no beans very little Chicken. Chipotle you got to do better. Will not be back no time soon. SMH
Anytime you place a mobile order, and they run out of sour cream or any other ingredient you ordered they just don't tell you. I really feel like businesses should notify the customer when they pick up the food that an ingredient is missing, its careless not too.
Ordered online for pick up when we got our food the pork was dry and old like it was sitting all day wife's food was dry and didn't get the stuff she wanted. After I started eating my bowl I found a big piece of plastic in it and when I went back to the store to talk to the manager about it she looked at me like I was lying and they were cross contaminating everything they were making adding fresh food to dirty pans with dirty utinsels.
Today was my first time ever eating at a Chipotle. The staff are very nice, the restaurant was clean. My good wad good until I discovered a hair in it that was not mine. I know it wasn't my hair because it was in the middle of the bowl and I have short green and purple hair. The hair was brown and much longer than mine. I did tell a lady that works here about and all she did offer to make me a new bowl however after finding that hair I declined. It appears that she didn't tell anyone about it and just went to break.
Been here a few times hoping my experience will get better but it never changes. Seems like they're sold out of different menu items every other day, the food is always cold and tastes like it's been sitting in the well forever, all the tables are always dirty, napkin dispensers and plastic ware always empty, trash overflowing, and the employees stand around talking and act like they don't care. I've been to some great Chipotle locations before but this one ain't it.
Still working out a bunch of kinks for being a new restaurant in tupelo but every time I go it gets better. I really enjoy Chipotle and try to locate one wherever I go. This Chipotle particularly that just opened in tupelo could potentially be a great spot if they continue to work out the few kinks I've noticed compared to other Chipotles. Keep up the good work and I think you make an excellent contribution in the restaurant selection in tupelo.
Extremely overpriced for the food given. Queso tasted like canned cheese. Staff was friendly. Burrito was cold. Don't see the appeal. I've had better food at Taco Bell for half the price
Seems that they are still getting the hang of things at this new location. The food was good, but would have been better had they not ran out of guac.
First time Chipotle visitor, so I have no opinion about how this location stacks up against others. I ordered online through the app (says I will get reward points plus a free chips and guac on my next visit), and it was incredibly easy.I opted for a chicken burrito w/ black beans, tomato salsa, green salsa, sour cream and fajita veggies. The flavor was good, especially the chicken and black beans, but I would have likely enjoyed it more at the restaurant because it was soggy by the time I got to my destination. Chipotle lesson learned! I also ordered chips and queso. The queso had a gravy-like consistency and zero flavor. It was not even remotely appetizing. The chip portion was suitable, but the chips had so much salt that they weren't edible. I won't be opting for that as a side again, that's for sure.My drive-through experience was fast and pleasant, and my order was ready and correct.
This group is awesome!!!! The manager was super sweet !!!!! Our food is yummy and I’m very happy with my experience @ that location ❣️❣️❣️❣️They deserve way more than five stars !!!!We have been on a road trip so we sat inside and relaxed and ordered on our app- get the app people you get free food ?
