Bad Service and ran out of food

Terrible service and when you ask I speak to a manager they don’t ever come speak to you.
My family and I are on our way back from Florida and decided to stop at Chili's because we have had it before and it's normally very good. Not the one in Tupelo. First off, the restaurant was extremely short staffed and required a 30-45 minute wait. Which is no big deal. But as we began ordering, the waitress kept listing off things they were out of because they didn't get a truck. The appetizers arrived and the chips were getting stale but still edible. Our server bought our dessert(with ice cream) early because they were almost out and she didn't want us to be without. Halfway through our meal, the drinks we had "ran out" so we had to get something different. And 2 people were served chicken fajitas without their vegetables(they didn't tell us they were out of that). We didn't even ask about them because we knew it wouldn't fix the meal anyway. Our server was wonderful though and kept apologizing.
They are in desperate need of help. Took almost 10 minutes to be seated. Literally we just stood at the desk waiting while some waiters walked around and no one ever greeted us or acknowledged our presence. Finally got a seat and something was flying around on the table. I wanted to go but my kids wanted to stay. We ordered and our food came our in 5 to 10 minute increments. We had to ask for silverware and napkins. The server was trying really hard to make sure we got everything but she literally was the only person working so I was understanding. The food tasted old and bland. I was so disappointed.
I'm only giving 1 star cause the food is pretty good. I went in and got put on the wait list for 30-45 min wait. Got the text message rite at 30 mins to cone in and get seated. Went in and the hostess guy at the front acted with an attitude, and wouldn't even talk where I could hardly hear him. Then said I don't even know who sent u the message. Then stood there and after just walked off and didn't say anything else.
We had a 30 minute wait time for a table which was fine, but was seated for 30 minutes and never even had a waitress take out drink order. A couple came in behind us and was served drinks while we continue sitting for 10 mins. We decided to take our business elsewhere. First and last time at this location.
First off it was super busy and under staffed, it took about five minutes for us to be seated. We order our food and ten minutes later the appetizers and main entree came out. They rushed and cooked our food and it was not good at all. My husband and I will never eat here again.

If the food had been good, I'd have given it more stars. It was NOT good. The place was dirty!! You could tell it was a very frequented establishment. The staff was excellent!!!!!!!!!!!! Our waitress was SO great.( I wish I could remember her name!) It just seemed to me that there was no one there to bus tables, wipe down glass dividers, clean bathrooms, or clean floors. The servers were doing all they could do. If I could take those servers to a nicer/cleaner place, I'd go every week.
