I hardly ever go here because the line is ridiculous, even at 3:00 in the afternoon.. whoever designed the parking lot did a terrible job. You can’t even avoid the drive thru line to get to the curbside parking spots. The only reason I decided to deal with the madhouse today was because I had a coupon for a free sandwich. I haven’t been at this location in a year and it will probably be another year before I go back!!
Sandwich was made wrong, didn't get the creamer with the coffee, my worsted experience with Chick-fial-A ever. Friendliness fo staff was as expected. Just need to listen and read back the order to confirm.

I'm used to the kid's meal fries being barely warm, so I checked them before I left with my to go order, but I didn't check my chicken tenders. I was given a new box of fries when I asked, however, they were not very warm or fresh tasting. The chicken was also barely warm as well as on the tough side like it had been sitting in a warmer too long. One of my two pieces of chicken was only a half piece. My husband's sandwich and fries were good.
What a wonderful Chick-fil-A! Friendly crew and can easily accommodate a crowd! We did call ahead to tell them we were coming (but we didn’t order ahead) and we were served FAST!
Been to this location a few times. I live in West Point so it’s a far drive. Unfortunately this is the closest Chick-fil-A. Every time I have came a few items have been missing from my order, literally every time. Busy or not. Save the headache and go somewhere else. Oh, and don’t bother calling. They don’t answer the phone. I came into the restaurant to discuss this issue which resulted in me leaving more disappointed by the way they talked to me. Bad service as well.
Provided our family terrible customer service, left a review on Yelp, was responded to reach back out, I did, and got the circle around again. No resolution. Terrible terrible customer service! Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
You guys need to open up at least three more locations. The traffic jams it causes is absolutely ridiculous. Food is wonderful!
