Never disappoints! They are a gem that no one really stops in to dine so you can drive up, order and get your food pretty fast!! Stop in and check them out!
First time eating at a Checkers and they had the slowest service ever, waited at least 20 minutes to order and another 30 plus minutes for our food. We had to ask them how much longer our food would be and the worker grabbed our bag of food that had been sitting there for at least 5 minutes. We finally got our food and it was cold and the fries were soggy. Would absolutely NOT recommend. Worst service we’ve experienced and will not be back.
Hot amazing food everytime I go. The bacon bbq mother cruncher is absolutely blissful and full of flavour. Also the ice cream machine is never broke unlike other places if you know who I mean ?
Has a really bad habit of not making sure the order is completely ready and bagged before it comes out the window. My funnel cake fries are always left off my order, and today was no different. Also had a tendency not to giving a receipt. Food came in clutch on my lunch, but I was really looking forward to my dessert.
It entirely too long for the food to come out the fries was old I will not ever come back
It was raining and since I Walked up, the manager took care to try to get my food done and to me Quickly and with Great Customer Service
When nothing else in the city is open, they are! That's the best thing about Checker's. Food is okay, nothing extravagant. Drive-thru during the day isn't too bad but late at night when everything else is closed & they're the only restaurant open, be prepared to sit in line 20mins or more. They do also have a walk-up window where you can order & it's quicker than drive-thru but 1 thing I can say is that the employees are usually nice!
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and the chicken patty was very thin and hard. Seemed like it had been under a heat lamp for hours. It definitely does not compare to any other chicken sandwiches you can get at a fast food restaurant.

We visited this place late afternoon on a Sunday and hesitated to pull in because we weren't sure if it was open. There were two vehicles in the parking lot so we assumed they were employee's vehicles and proceeded to the order box as you can only order food in their drive-thru here. The lady voice that came through the speaker box wasn't too enthused about our arrival but nevertheless sufficed in meeting her job requirements. We ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo that promised bacon in every bite...they lied lol. While trying to order our food they were out of the majority of their soft drinks as well as their milkshakes. We had to pull up to the front of the store to finish waiting for our food. The lady over the speaker box was just as uninterested as she sounded. She did ask if we wanted ketchup which we did, but we didn't get any. The fries were near soggy and the hamburger was way over dressed with ketchup, mayo, and mustard making it very difficult to eat. Worse was the soggy buns which I loathe!! I didn't even eat half of my food before my mind and stomach both agreed it would be in our best interest to stop putting this very messy and bland tasting food!! Poor customer service, even poorer quality of food, and inability to provide products on the menu is why I gave one star.
