45 min wait in a fast food place? Really? Fried oyster appetizer was terrible for $8.00. Guy on register must have been on first day because he didn’t know anything on keyboard and no one to help him. Felt bad for him.
Great fish, 35 minutes to eat. A bunch of to orders from one person. Know she carried out 16 plates.
**UPDATE** So I went back. It's been about a week since my last visit amd tonight it was very good! The service was spot on. There was an extremely nice lady working the front and she was taking orders left and right dine in AND drive thru! She always had a smile on her face and made sure everyone had everything they needed. Was happy to get you a refill or anything else you needed. The food was hot and delicious!! So I'm changing my rating from 3 stars to 5 based off of tonights visit!! The lady working the front needs a raise!! We were there 2/23/22 at about 8 p.m.It was clean. The food was tasty. The workers were very nice. There was a bit of a wait but it was lunch so i get that.
Really good food. We got 2 Deluxe Seafood platters and they were Great !! Drive through was a little slow but food was good and hot so I still gave 5 ?
The girl that waited on my friend and me was the rudest person to be working with the public, this is on 45 south in Tupelo ms. ☆The Captian Ds restaurant on north 45 in Tupelo ms is the place to go always good food and friendly service. Period. ☆☆☆☆☆
Fast service, courteous employees, hot fresh food. It was all great.
Ok we went through drive through. An got home I had no slaw it was greasy I had qlot better. So I talk to Manger she said come back through she make it right .so I let yall no how it goes
Waited in drive thru for over 40 minutes, food was cold & service was horrible!
Food was not good, they lost our order Food was cold tea was way to sweet and not enough ice service was poor
This is the sorriest Captains DS I have ever been to .Food was terrible and took for ever to get it .If I had to wait another minute I would have asked for my money back .Captain DS if this is the best you can do , well I want be going back .This is the Captain DS in Tupelo Mississippi next to Home Depot.I have never been in a Captain DS this sorry , the people don't seem to really care where you get your food or not .The french fries seemed like they had been cooked a couple days ago .You need to do better Captain DS !!!!!!
