2nd time I've been here in 6 months, both times service is terrible. Been waiting 10 mins on a fish sandwich and fries. I won't be back.
Omg won't be eating here ever again food was horrible shrimp wasn't done fish was who knows what it was cause it was black. I normally love eating at captain ds.
There were “out of everything” so we finally asked them just to tell us what they had available! So we ordered that.We heard the guy ahead of us order water. He waited a good 15 minutes for it! We waited 40 minutes for our food - the food they said they had!!!! We had already paid or would’ve left.When we got the food that we waited 40 minutes for, we had assumed they were cooking it! One car in the parking lot, one vehicle ahead of us with only a water and one vehicle that ordered after us… and our food came to us COLD!!!!!!!Contacting headquarters about our experience because clearly local management doesn’t care.
The order was right but the service was horrible! The server had an attitude & acted as if she didn’t want to be there. She responded with an attitude when we asked for tartar sauce. The service just wasn’t good AT ALL.

Manager was very friendly and our order was hot and ready quickly
The waitress was absolutely fantastic. She was abrupt in taking our order and making sure everything was as to our expectations
Prices are completely different at the south gloster store from the north one. Also they over charge you by charging 2 2 pieces instead of a 4 piece. Nice people but very very dishonest.
I usually enjoy but they had Itty bitty chicken and the butterfly shrimp tasted old. The deviled crab was great as was the green beans. I was very unhappy with the quality this time around
