Great food n service ❤️…….
Our server was great left him a 20 dollar tip
Enjoyed my visit greatly at this location. What really set them above par is the bartender Robyn. Ordered a Old Fashioned and I’ve NEVER EVER NEVA NEVA had it made correct & to such perfection it was so refreshing & boosted my visit from great to whatever word is better than great. ?The food looked great and tasted even better. The staff was friendly & I’ll be looking forward to my next visit.
Let me say the bright spot was our server. She was doing the best she could. The food not so much, most of what came out was lukewarm at best. I will consider it was Easter and maybe slightly busy but we were seated right away so that wasn't the case. I wish I could report differently but this is fairly typical for all BWW's nowadays. They'd better get it together corporately or people are going to take their business elsewhere.
Phillip does an awesome job. We always get took care of by him. The wings are really good as well.
I came with a group of 3 for lunch. We got to B WW before 12. There was some kind of miscommunication between who was suppose to be our server so our order wasn’t taken until 20 minutes after being seated. Took another 20 to get our food. When Morgan sat our food down we asked for to go boxes because we needed to get back to work. A table that sat down beside us after we ordered our food had also just gotten theirs and were boxing their food. We tried to ask Morgan about the 15 minute lunch guarantee but she didn’t comprehend what we were asking so we asked for the manager, Carrie. Carrie came to our table with an attitude and stank face before we had even spoken with her. She was very rude and told us that BWW was corporate now and policies had changed and she couldn’t honor any type of discount. She then held out her hand for my card for payment like the conversation was over. I’ve worked in the food industry and there are a lot of improvements that can be made starting with your server not talking people out of ordering food they want to try by calling it “horrible” and by improving the way your “manager” handles questions from customers. A smile and polite answer would have gotten a lot further than a smirk and eye roll. Not interested in returning.
Buffalo Wild Wings is like taking a chance to use a public restroom . You never know what condition your food will be in. I can not express how annoying it is to love their food but hate going there because you don’t know what the quality of it will be like. For example the boneless Buffalo dry season wings are so freaking good!!! But only when they get it right or if it’s actually fresh. I hate to say it but it’s like the employees do not care about their jobs. Like if you hate the public so much go find a job where you don’t have to deal with it. I promise there are so many other places hiring! I really wanted some wings but I just couldn’t risk being upset about cold fries or boneless wings that are not entirely covered.
Jasmine Fields was an excellent server , she was a Host and took time to get our order right and everything please give her the kudos she needs! ❤️ The GM Robert Clark took care of our food and I would come here any time! Thanks Bww!
Past two times of coming to this location service has gotten worse. Waited a hour to be seated even though there was several tables open (guessing staffing shortages) then another 50 mins before our order came. This was a Sunday night with no major games playing
We had great food But they didn't tell us, you can order 10 chicken wings and get 10 more wings for 1/2 price. But we had order 18 wings and don't get 1/2 price for 18.. so we had to pay the whole big which was $53.00for the meal. Pop or ice tea is high price over $3.00. I believe.
