Love their Reuben sandwiches and they're big big fish sandwiches. We will drive the 30 miles to get to them.Eat our food on the way back home again. It's a long drive.

Food was good but just warm. Picked up food drove home in Saltillo to find a sandwich missing. After driving back to get it all food was cold

Out of crinkle fries ... Twice now. But, still too in fast food. Philly is my go too. Liked the steak philly. Removed it from my area.
Ordered a chicken bacon Swiss combo and this is what I got the fries an sandwich are cold no bacon on the sandwich I wouldn’t even feed this to my dogs….

Phone call to Arby’s 11:30 pm Friday. A friend had just been refused service at the window. Rang numerous times. When someone did answer she was obviously unhappy and stated she guessed they were open until 1 am. If respecting the hours and customers of a business is not important to you then the problem is your working at the wrong place. If your plan is to run customers off it’s working.
I have worked at an Arby's in McAllister, OK. Was a manger at that time..... Time is key for me, but not too shabby
