Upon being seated, we witnessed the assistant manager verbally insult, and disrespect a customer, for everyone to hear. Then...when my step daughter and her boyfriend got their salads and started to eat them, my stepdaughter found a cockroach in her salad! We told and showed the afore mentioned assistant manager, and then we got up and left...totally sickened from our experience.
They were under staffed, however, they got us seated in a reasonable amount of time. The waitress was very kind and did an amazing job. The food and drinks were great. I will be coming back soon because they have good quality fresh food, good mixed drinks, and the employees that we met are awesome.
Food was delicious and quick. But the music was much too loud and the bartender was over the top drama queen, who talked non stop, even louder than the music! ??Could get out quick enough.
I have to say these employees at Applebee's absolutely deserve a huge raise! They were not terribly busy, but they were understaffed. They were definitely making it work, though with smiles on their face. The wait was a bit longer than normal, but I only saw one waitress, and she was doing a great job. The hostess and bartender were also doing awesome jobs as well. I would highly recommend this place.
I Feel If They are not offering curbside then you should take it off the site. I've been going through My chemo treatments so I placed a order for carside pickup reason being was because of the weather. I get there 8:20 because my order was suppose to be ready at 8:44, at 8:58 I call in to let them know I was in the designated spot the person who answered said we can't come out due to the weather but you can come in. I wasn't mad at the fact she said something about the weather but to just let me sit outside & not call to tell me I need to come in. Then when my Dad went in to get it you have a group of people that's suppose to be working but I guess that's not what they do at this location. On top of that my food wasn't ready .
Good service in the bar bartender very nice took care of everyone was working very hard.
The dish we ordered didn't hardly have no food on it, 2 riblets and some cold fries,my husband and I left still hungry, it wasn't worth what we paid very disappointed
Waited an hour for a table to only be told it would be another 30-45 minutes when there was plenty of tables available but no one working cleaning them off. Definitely will not ever be back I will eat at McDonald’s before I walk back in those doors ever again.
me and my husband entered Applebee’s after not eating there for more then a year, we were told it would be about a 20 minute wait with people at inly three tables. As they said they were understaffed. I was fine with that but as I sat down to wait I noticed the floor was absolutely disgusting. The waitress came up to the greeter and said you’re going to have to start telling everybody it’s going to be 45 minutes. We turned around and left because when things are already going that bad with the under five minutes why even bother. This Applebee’s in this location has really been going down for a long time.
Stuff in cups is good, but small portions. Got a 6 oz. sirloin cooked medium was thin and moderately burnt, tasty charcoal outside.
