Third attempt at ordering to go since living in Starkville……..….. all during business hours and told they were closed when someone finally answered ……. All before 5pm and when we asked “oh I’m sorry, what are your hours?” we are told on the phone…….. “oh……. Ummmm…..11-7.” With no response to “why can’t you take my order if you’re open?” Sadly my “in person” experience and response was an almost empty restaurant…… we were told it would be two hours till we could be seated and we should go somewhere else…….and there were max two tables seated with no one waiting and no one at the takeout window.
Well I went in to order takeout. I did not see anything about automatically gratuity. But if that’s already added . Why did it ask me if I wanted to tip. It’s getting over on people. Then when I called to asked why there was a $10 charge and the girl was rude and hung up said oh well when I expressed it wasn’t right being charged all that on a take out. But I will not be returning and I will make sure I tell about my experience.
Good food but literally the worst customer service. I don’t mind if food takes long, but we are literally always the only ones there and maybe they’d have better business if they picked up the phone when called :)
No service at all the wait for the food is absolutely ridiculous. There is 1 table besides us and it has taken 50+ minutes to get my food. The waitress came to my tabe 1 time!!! Highly do not recommend!!!!!!

We had to order togo today. I went at around 2 and the lady told us they weren't taking anymore dine in. She said at 5 they will resume dine in. I ordered to go anyway and it was great. It was my nieces birthday weekend so we came back at 5. Same lady said they weren't taking any dine in bc someone didn't come in so no dine in. My niece was bummed but her mom took her to West Point location and it was great as always. We love WTF. Just wish we could have dined in at starkville since we came twice (check cameras) We will be back regardless but maybe call ahead to see if they have dine in. GREAT FOOD
Everything was good that we ordered. It was just the 1hr wait for me.???♂️
I asked if it was seasoned and they made sure to season it well. Excellent place to grab something to eat. The are only doing carry out for now. Sorry no dine in.
Maybe we went on a bad night but nobody in this household was impressed at all. The star i did give was for the very kind and polite staff. THEY actually deserve 5 stars but definitely NOT the food.
I went for my first time this weekend. The food and customer service were EXCELLENT !!
