Horrible management and disgusting restaurant.This Waffle House needs a visit from a health inspector, I ordered the cheese steak bowl, and found a WORM in my food! This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable, the tables were dirty, and the service was horrible! The manager tried saying the worm was undercooked meat, but last I checked meat doesn’t move, without asking, they went to remake my order, why would I try it again when they already screwed up my order the first time not to mention THE WORM, I had them remove it from my ticket. Horrible service and 0 regard for sanitation, absolutely disgusting. This store needs to be shut down.
There wasn't any kind of experience to tell about. Sit at table for about 30 minutes. Waitress walked by and never spoke. There was probably about 10 to 12 people in there and most of them were getting orders to go. I can say I will mark this Waffle House off of my list I'll places to eat. I wouldn't even give it one star.
Non existent service, sat there for 15 minutes without anyone even acknowledging my presence. Absolutely embarrassing
Great food love the atmosphere
I visited Waffle House in Starkville MS on the morning of 2-10-22. I am afraid aliens must have abducted the entire staff because even though I could see them, they could not see me. After five minutes of invisibility I moved from one end of the store to the other and still, even though they were not busy with any other customers at the time, they were unable to see me, ask for my order or even say, “be with you in a minute”. I left and went to Hardee’s.
Very poor service and extremely lazy employees made my experience very bad, I never got the chance to eat, I was completely ignored 100%. After an hour of trying to get service, I left.
This was my first time stopping in the Starkville Waffle House and the service from Roy definitely made it the best Waffle House I’ve ever eaten at.
I know that waffle house they have a busy rush. What is this case it wasn’t busy 4 o’clock in the morning during the week and nothing with our order was right. They did try to correct it but then it got even more clustered.Did not have a lot of the things that we wanted on the menu.I believe there might be another waffle house and the close proximity to this one.And to be fair perhaps they were having just a bad day.
THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE . I WATCHED THEM IGNORE THE PHONE AS I SAT OUTSIDE & CALLED.
This is the best place to eat past 12am. The waffles are always amazing.
