First time visiting and the food, customer service and atmosphere were great. Everyone enjoyed their food, the cajun grits, garlic lover’s burger, fried catfish, kids mac and cheese, and chocolate cake were good. Normally, I stay away from shrimp and grits because its normally bland. Not here, it was seasoned well and the grits were cooked perfectly. We will definitely return to try other menu items.
I’ve had one good experience. The second time I went with a large group. Only one of us could get the brisket sandwich because they were out…on a Monday. I was then charged for three brisket sandwiches when two of my guest had to change to Reubens. They were out of a number of other items as we’ll…on a Monday. This management also runs another local restaurant that is often out of many of their side items. The wait was also long. The overcharge was never corrected.
The Mac & cheese is so good! So many options for you to make it your own!Great atmosphere and even though it was slow I'm sure this place gets super busy.I will be sure to get back here when I visit the area again!
