I don’t understand if they close at 12, why stop taking orders at 11:20??? That doesn’t make sense! My boyfriend & I have both had this experience. I understand people want to go home but that’s bad business. District manager should get to it, figure out something. Worst Taco Bell I’ve been to!!!!!!
I use to think.... hey it's no big deal when they forgot an item. But over the past 6 months or so literally everytime I go to this place, the forget or mess up part of my order. Ask for no tomatoes, get tomatoes. Tacos come with the meal, no tacos. Call to let them know, rude employees. Not to mention the wait time is 25 plus minutes from placing the order to receiving it at the window, it's absolutely ridiculous.
The younger the employees the more horrible the food gets. They are too busy playing and complaining to provide quality food. This place sucks..Nothing like it used to be. You get more lettuce and tomato than anything and my order is hardly ever correct
Service is the absolute worst here. I had a really simple request when I ordered, just an extra sauce: they didn’t confirm the order but told me to pull around. I checked the bag and saw no extra sauce and politely asked if I could please get it. They told me no, they can’t do that at the window. I told them I asked for it when I ordered and they told me no, they can’t do that at the window and closed it. That seemed pretty ridiculous over a sauce. I never have good service here, but it’s Taco Bell so can’t really expect much anyways. But I’m not Sure if I’ll be back after that one, unfortunately
Came at 9:50 due to not realizing the hours ending at 10 pm on Tuesdays. I can not praise these employees enough- they were faster than anything and made everything perfectly too. If any management reads these reviews, find whoever was on staff closing on Tuesday 3/8 and give them a huge thank you- and a raise too.
Ordered taco supreme meal with fountain drink before I went to work. Hour later I started breaking out in hives. Only mold sets me off like that. Beware if you have mold allergies!

It should never take 30+ minutes for a 2 item order, especially when it’s not the drive thru but the workers who are taking their sweet time. Absolutely ridiculous.
