We went in and there was only guy behind the counter. Let me tell you that guy was AWESOME!!! He was running every station and helping multiple people. I don’t know where the coworkers or owner or anyone else was but that one guy KILLED IT. Super friendly super fast. He deserves a raise, taken out of the paycheck or anyone that didn’t show up to their shift that day.

As far as I am concerned, this is the ONLY subway in Starkville. We have three, but I won't go to the others. This one is clean, awesome, and the staff is amazing. One of them even helped my elderly mother to the car!!! You can't beat that. It touched my heart and to top it off, the food is fresh and on point!

Terrible! Ordered online and at both stores we have, it said they were open even though its the 4th of July. I paid with a credit card and they took my payment. As I watched the progress of our order it said it was being prepared then it said it was ready for pickup and to hurry. Well, i got there in 5 mins after ordering and waited and watched until the app said it was ready. Both stores were closed. Where did my payment go then? Very upset and disappointed!!

Can I say this is the best subway ever and Valerie is the best person you’ll ever meet.! She made the amazing veggie deluge and was very very kind and empathetic.! Thank you for making the subway sandwich feel like a food and for not rushing me like others do.! Please try it out. Thank you!!!!!

Bad customer service

I didn’t think it was possible for something to take as long as GETTING LUNCH AT SUBWAY?!?! There was one person in front of me and I was in there for over a half hour for my one little 6 inch sandwich. I have never seen anyone make sandwiches so slowly in my life. And this is a recurring problem. The amount of times this subway’s toaster over has been down, card reader not working, drinks broken, etc is absolutely ridiculous. Sorry excuse for a subway! Should have a completely new staff because the employees there currently can’t seem to handle more than 1 customer at a time.

Very poor quality staff who wear pants around knees, have headphones in, use gloves for trash and food prep, don't wear masks. This location is often out of alot of ingredients and has equipment issues regularly.
