Really neat space and imaginative names for their drinks. However, my Darth Mocha tagged more like a chocolate milk than a coffee drink.
My Brown Eyed Squirrel was watery and the environment wasn’t clean. Perhaps the owner should focus more on the quality of his establishment instead of whining relentlessly on social media. I used to love the Brew but it has declined drastically in the last two years.
Look. I’m going to need you guys to open up a place in IL… no coffee shop can compete with you guys! Cue me trying to recreate the brown sugar bear at home. SPOILER, it’s not the same!!!Plenty of gluten free options, delicious coffee, and awesome customer service! Will definitely be back during my next visit to Starkville!

I love the business, love the coffee, and been coming here for years. But the update in the staff has been kinda disappointing.Some of them are very slow in service and aren’t really friendly. The atmosphere sometimes feels miserable too. Once, I tried to be nice and ask how their day has been and they just awkwardly brushed me off.I still support the coffee 100% but the service has really gotten bad.
Bruh Strange Brew got an ant infestation. There were tiny ants all over my frappe. I saw there was a long drive thru line so I thought why dont I go inside.. WRONG it took forever just to get a small frappe just to see tiny ants all over it. Prolly gonna be a while before I come here again….
IT TOOK 40 MINUTES TO GET ONE SMALL DRINK. The drinks are good but the wait time is ridiculous. Also, never apologized for the wait. I was in the drive thru for about 20 minutes before coming to the first window. Employees were inside chatting, never acknowledged me. The window was cracked. After waiting there for 10 minutes. (I timed it) the car at the second window left. I had to yell into the window I was at and asked if I should order at the next window. The girl just said yes. Upon arriving at the second window, I was not acknowledged for about 8 minutes. Then a girl just told me they would be with me. 10 more minutes of hearing their wash day conversations & I finally got my drink. There were about 10 employees standing inside making jokes. There were maybe 2 cars in the parking lot. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
Me and my daughter love strange brew! They have the best coffee and a ton of options for everybody to choose from.
Stopped in for my 1st visit and this place is really nice. One thing you need to know if you've never been here before is there are two sides. One side for the ice cream and shakes and one side for the coffee. Since it was after lunch we went to the ice cream side and had a little desert. There were plenty to choose from I honestly had to get a little help from the lady on mixing and matching. The place was nice the people were friendly a must stop place while in Starkville.
