Can't beat the friendly service! Coffee is hit and miss - 80% hit, 20% miss. Even when the line is long, they deliver. It's a good Starbucks.
After taking our order, it took 20 minutes to get to the window. Then they asked what we ordered. I WILL NOT go back to this location. Especially not with StrangBrew across the street.
DRINK WAS HORRIBLE. Cashier was ok but NO ONE annouced when drink was ready. WON'T be coming back.
This was a 5 star, but for the past few weeks I've been going almost every day to this location and every drink I've gotten either tastes like straight up milk, or water. Flavorless. Even when I ask for extra pumps of syrup.The one in Kroger is my go-to from now on.
I have been to many Starbucks around the world, and this may be one of the worst I have ever been to. The service is horrible! Why does it take 30 minutes to get a few shots of espresso at 11am? The counter staff are completely disorganized and repeatedly make errors in orders. Ordering on the app at this location works one day and not the next. Credits to my rewards account are spotty. I’m trying somewhere else in Starkville.
Our order was a little confusing but Jay took care of us and made it all right. Highly recommend him and this place.
Skip it if you can. Music so loud you cannot hear drinks called out. Average wait is over 30 minutes.
It appears that not a single person in Starkville owns a coffeemaker. Sunday morning crowd was out the door with drive thru line 25 cars deep out onto the main road. App said my pickup order would be ready in 13 minutes and 46 minutes later I finally had it. To their credit, they did the order correctly.
In and out, great service.
Gets very busy and sometimes takes a while, but the baristas are always very friendly and the food and drinks are fresh.
