I’d give this Sonic 0 stars if I could. There is no signage whatsoever that says it is drive through only. So we pulled in a stall, pressed the button and waited. We were finally told that they were drive through only. Turn off your stall machines and add signage if you are going to be drive through only. It’s not hard. Once we got in line the lady was super rude while we ordered then she proceeded to let us know they are cash only. We had cash so that was fine, but put out a sign, it would make everyone’s life so much easier. Service at this location is on a steady decline. If I were the owner I would be embarrassed. Clean house, have business standards, take care of your employees and they’ll better take care of the customers.
The sonic by highway 25 is terrible. Pulled in to the parking lot saw an employee running food to cars so I pulled into a stall to order. There I was told that they are only taking drive thru orders. I back out of the spot and pull into the drive thru line which is now almost out to the road. I've had enough time waiting in line watching multiple cars pull into spots and have food brought to them. So I've had time to write this before I could even order. If your craving sonic go to the other side of town.
This place sucks. Claims they are short staffed but there was like 5 people running around and in the way. Took 20mins to get 2 milkshakes.
Always great food. Always hot. Always fast. Always just great.
Went to drive thru at 5:45pm. No service at intercom or window. Window people just looked at me. Called and was told Drive Thru closes at 10AM per Manager.. But no one would tell me that. I was just ignored. She Said it was on menu. It was raining & I NeVeR saw a Sign.
Left debit card there by accident .went back to get it and NOONE had seen it ?

All I wanted was a chicken sandwich. The girl gave me my bag and said you ordered a cheeseburger? I said no it was supposed to be a chicken sandwich. She said well it’s a hamburger sorry and walked away? I don’t eat beef or pork. I opened the bag and it was a chicken sandwich but if I don’t care was a person it’ll definitely be her! Stop hiring these little kids that don’t care.
The garlic bacon burger was on point, I love the cheese sticks and slushy.
The burger was soggy like it had been sitting there for a while and they start using those nasty pickle I forgot to say no pickle, but it wasn't good it all.
