Not only were they extremely slow (and I had placed the order online 30 minutes before I went), but they gave me the wrong order. When I called to tell them, they said I had to either drive an hour back with the food to get a refund (they admitted they knew it was a wrong order to begin with), or they’d write my name down and they wouldn’t charge me the next time. The wrote down my info but I doubt they will honor it. I couldn’t eat what I was given because I’m allergic to it but the biscuits were so hard I didn’t bother unwrapping them. Someone got $30 of free food today.
28 minutes waiting to pay, then told it would be 15 more since they had to cook the chicken. This was after 10 minutes waiting to order, where they informed us they had no spicy chicken or tenders or sandwiches as well as none of the specials that they were advertising. Would be a great place to hire competent people and run a business. It wouldn't let me give it a -5 star
If I could rate this a ZERO I would. So should everyone else. I ordered a pretty simple meal and was given the opposite of what I asked for. When I went back in to get it fixed the lady took the box out of my hand and put the chicken that had left the store back with the other chicken they were serving. I did not eat my food after witnessing this because who knows if I got someone else’s chicken that was wrong. I contacted corporate who then gave me the runaround and to this day, 22 days, to be exact they have yet refund me my money! I do NOT recommend anyone eat from here
extremely rude & unprofessional employees.Chicken places do not run out of chicken, workers are lazy & wont cook it. Nasty attitudes & thats why they work ar popeyes
Employes are rude. They cut up to much and manager yelling at staff in front of everyone. Can't go inside haven't been there in a couple of weeks. Love the food!!
Google shows they close at 11 we pull up at 10, we are waiting at the intercom for 15 minutes before finally pulling up to the window, seeing the employees in there and after waiting 5 minutes one of them finally walk to the window and say they are closed, 30 minutes before they are supposed to close.
Wasted time for an hour just to say they don't have any food at all (on a Tuesday? Really?). I work in a restaurant myself, one of the busiest ones in Starkville; I know some days are rough. But that is ridiculous. If you're truly out of food you don't stay open. Or at least move people through faster if all you're doing is telling them you can't order anything. Absolutely awful.

I called just to check on an order and get help with a refund for an online order because they “ran out of chicken.” I have worked in the food industry before and I know how hard it can be, however the unnecessary rudeness from the employees is ridiculous. I simply had a question about my order and before I could even say anything I was met with a lady screaming at me about how she couldn’t help me. Don’t get me wrong I love Popeyes but this is the worst customer service I have EVER experienced.
