Pretty good, first time trying this. Ordered online, had a little bit of a wait even after giving them a bit of extra time before going through the drive thru. Had to pull around front to wait. Did get quite a lot of food for the price. Everything was good and they did include chopsticks per my request. No complaints other than the wait.
We were told we would have a 5 min wait which turned into a 30 min wait. Then after getting food they were rude and were messing around in the restaurant

I eat here frequently. It’s super annoying when you can’t get food from the menu when they have an hour left before they close. This has happened multiple times and it’s so frustrating. When they introduce themselves in the drive thru when you pull up they ask you would you like us to tell you what we have left on the steam table. I’m super confused why they even have a menu if you’re only going to get what’s left over basically. No telling how much business they lose. Terrible business model and they have officially lost me as a customer.
The worst panda I have ever seen. Has a great location and always out of everything. Been here multiple times and lucky if you can even get fried rice. STAY AWAY! Horrible!!
Worst ever, old sitting food!Update… I called to let them know about the poor quality. They made it right by giving exactly what I ordered the next day. I went during the day and the food was fresh and tasty. I just hope they keep up the daytime freshness at night.

I pulled up to the drive-through and the employee working immediately asked “would you like a bowl or a plate” and I said “I need to look at the menu first, just a minute.” And he proceeded to repeat, “sir sir sir sir”. I thought maybe there was a problem with the microphone, so I just kept saying, “give me a moment”. I realized it was just him since he responded to what I said. He kept interrupting me by saying “sir, sir, sir.” It was really obnoxious. Then he started reading the entire menu very slowly one item at a time. At this point I realized he was being intentionally annoying since he would just not shut up for even a second. I was just so bewildered because I just could not believe that something would intentionally screw with customers for fun… that is until I read the other reviews.
Legit the worst Panda Express due to lack of enthusiastic employees. Food is never hot, there is always empty plates, and the wait time is ridiculous! I was told we would have to wait 6 minutes for some almond chicken... we have just gotten our food and waited over 30 minutes now. I'm very upset. Get better employees.
Great food. Great attitude. Great clean atmosphere. Shout out to the young man who cooks the food. Shout out to the cashier for being so polite and shout out to the young lady working the drive thru. All of you kept calm despite the lunch rush and kept the line moving.... I love dedicated young people working together.
