90% rice 10% chicken for $7 doesn't rock
I don't know why but unlike EVERY SINGLE other fast food place they just wont let you wait on food to cook. They wont just let you go ahead and order what you want while say some chicken is cooking. Even if it's only a few minutes away from being done. Its wacky... maybe its because a lot of students go to it and they don't want a lot of backed up orders? They must be shocked at how any other fast food place does it. They'd be shocked if they knew I had to wait 5-7 minutes for food from a fast food place one time but could still place my order and WAIT FOR IT... if you cant handle these students then you cant handle a real fast food place. Hire competent workers please! Needles to say I left, as I would of had to get back in line and wait again. Completely unnecessary!

Ordered fine and our cashier was polite. However, I asked for light ice and she gave me the max amount of ice. I asked her if she could please give me a drink with light ice, and she said that they had to put that amount in there because “that's what the drink machine allowsâ€. I normally ask for no ice so I asked her what she would've done had I asked for that and she shrugged and said sorry. I know it isn't a big deal to some, but I just don't understand why they act like it's an inconvenience. Yes, there's a button for each size drink but there's also a button to manually put in as much as requested. Thanks.

It's a fast food Asian place. Not as good as an authentic place but not terrible either.
MAJOR IMPROVEMENT NEEDED. Food is NOT as good as should be. This is major problem. Prices are extremely high to be extremely skimpy on the meat portion.
