Got there at 1130pm no one would come to window only hours say they are open till 12 so I pull to payment window and they say sorry we close at 11 no matter what it says online. I had been sitting there ever since the car in front of me ordered and I sat at the order window for 10mins after other car had pulled up and left. This is pitiful if its 11 or 12 or what ever it should be correct online or if it is 11 why did the car in front of me get to order it was after 11 then... so sad
This McDonald’s needs to be shut down!! I ordered an 10 piece meal 20 piece nuggets only and I paid 16 dollars all of the nuggets was burned and nasty like they haven’t changed the grease in 2 months then when I go back the manager says theirs nothing they can do about it… Wrong I’ve worked at McDonald’s and they could have been changed the grease!!! Cooperate will be called!!
Regardless of time of day or night I go here the workers at windows are slow and could care less about being nice or getting order right .
This place needs closed. McDonald's ought to be embarrassed ?. It's dirty and the food is disgusting.
I don’t know what happened to this place because it use to not be this bad. First they didn’t tell me how much my order was and when I got to the window to hand them my money they still didn’t tell me until I asked. They just had their hand out. Then when I get my spicy crispy chicken sandwich meal it’s not even the right order. They gave me a spicy deluxe which was not what I asked for but better yet they burnt the buns. How do you even do that I don’t know.
Fries were cold and old, ordered big mac's got 1/4 pounder with cheese. I can't eat cheese and told them no cheese just plain. Had to throw it away. They tried to give me the man's order from in front of me who drove off I guess tired of waiting for someone to come to the window. I waited about 5 minutes before someone came and took my money. The buns were also old an hard.
Gas station McDonald's. GARBAGE. The doors remain locked.. so of you find an issue when you get home.. guess what.. get back in line and wait to be talked to like you're lying about a damn breakfast sandwich. Smh. Just garbage.

I work in food delivery, please don't order from this McD's, they don't keep the hours they say they do, tend to close when they feel like it (usually nearly 2 hours early). Told me they had an order ready only to find out the kitchen staff had JUST thrown it away.
