Came in yesterday. Ordered a double quarter pounder. When the food was given to me at the window. I noticed the box only said a quarter pounder. I handed the food back with the receipt that clearly says DBL QTR pound. The girl in drive thru told me I don’t work there and that I don’t know how to read a receipt. She then moves the burger to a double quarter pounder box, still leaving it as a quarter pounder. They refuse to answer the phone. I’ve even went as far as calling corporate and still have yet to receive a resolution

I just took my 4 grandkids into this McDonalds. It was not clean. Even tho no one was in the dining room none of the tables had been cleaned. The drink area was unsanitary. They should shut this one down until they clean it from top to bottom.
They do not seem to have enough staff to run the drive through and the register inside. Took ten minutes to get my order taken and another fifteen to get the food. They never seem to have enough staff to run both every time we go. Good if you want to go through the drive through but would not recommend going in unless you have plenty of time to wait
Not only once, but this place has messed up my order twice. Last time I ordered 4c and instead they gave me beef. Today, I order 3 McChickens and instead of that they gave me what is on the picture. I will never go back there to eat. Disappointed.
They can never get an order right. Just ordered a Big Mac pack through the app and instead of two Big Macs, they gave me a single McChicken. Tried calling to get a refund but nobody there bothers to answer the phone. Thanks for robbing me.
Normally before tonight I thought this McDonalds was dog water, but tonight it was pretty good for a McDonald’s. Idk if they hired a new manager but it was pretty solid gonna be honest
Stood inside for 10 minutes waiting to place an order. Had multiple employees see me and the other guests waiting to order and didn’t even acknowledge our existence. Made no effort to take our order or even let us know just a few minutes. Or even just let us know they aren’t taking orders at the register.
Ghetto!!! Fries hot, burger black and old. For it to be as busy as it was, food should have been fresher.
The burgers are reheated. The meat is dry and chewy. They are selling trash. Go somewhere else if you can.
