Good food, friendly and accommodating staff, and prompt service. Place was clean and roomy. Will go again!
I went during off hours around 3:00 on a Friday and I can say I was impressed. The interior decor was beautiful featuring a fireplace and wood furniture for a cabin like feel. The food was fast and the chicken was good. I've definitely had a better burger and probably wouldn't order it again. However, I'd definitely go back for more chicken.
My first time coming here for dinner. Ordered some chicken fingers, fries, and mashed potatoes. Seems simple, right? Nope. Took nearly 30 minutes and they STILL got my order wrong. For the price I paid and the time I waited, I could have gotten better nearly anywhere else.
I got a double cheeseburger and fries. The burger was great. I found the fries to be a bit too thick for my liking but they were crispy and fresh. My husband had a chicken sandwich which was ok.We went for the fish sandwich and was disappointed to discover they are no longer on the menu.
I wish I could rate less than one star. The wait was extremely long for there only being two cars in the drive thru. The workers had a hard time remembering the menu which caused me to be charged for other people’s food. Not to mention the food was cold and there were only about 5 fries. Will not be coming back.
How is it 6:58 in the morning that I get a biscuit that’s too hard to even bite? The lady at the window is sweet. But I work full time I want my breakfast done right. This is like the 3rd time. Yesterday, I went for lunch for a 3 pc chicken tender & they looked like chicken nuggets. I like quality over quantity, the price doesn’t matter but I want what I pay for. If that’s the actual size of the chicken tenders, I’m cancelled. They were good at opening but it’s like they’re too comfortable now that they don’t care about the quality of the food. Remember if you wouldn’t eat it don’t serve it to someone else.
The amount you pay for the amount of food you receive is crazy. I basically paid 20 dollars for a 4 piece chicken nugget and small fry for two people. The sauces are good, and I like their tea a lot. The service is pretty spotty, if you’re able to catch a worker in a good mood (although kind of rare)during the drive thru it’s a pleasant experience.
I sat 25 minutes in the drive thru for barely warm food. I received no sauce for my chicken strips. The fries are cold and undercooked. The best part of this experience was my Diet Coke.
So glad to see Jack’s in Starkville. As always, it was great food and great service. Best Milkshakes and fries around. Can’t forget the biscuits and gravy.
Not even open 30 days and the store is a failure. The drive-thru wait is unacceptable for a messed up order and rude service. When going inside to get it fixed they don't care. You also shouldn't have to unwrap sandwiches to see if they got it right. Found wrong items when I got home.
