I had a special event celebrating graduates where I ordered a mini 24 pack and an iced “congrats” cookie. I was delivered a 12 pack instead of the 24 pack which meant that not everyone was able to get a cookie :(That was really upsetting plus the fact that I paid for a 24 pack was given half of that for the same price.On a positive note everything tasted great, the delivery was quick, and the driver was really nice!

I have always had such a good experience with Insomnia Cookies but tonight was not a good experience. The staff were nice and all but I paid $14 for 4 deluxe cookies that ended up being rock hard when I got home. I am beyond disappointed.
The 2 girls working tonight were funny! They were inviting and nice and they made my cookies fresh, so I didn’t mind the wait. Definitely going back!
This place is always a must stop place for me and my kiddos when I’m in Starkville! We absolutely love the salted caramel cookie!!
The best cookies ever, sales person had some personal issues on her phone. Which included yelling and cursing.

This review has been over the course of a few visits. Every single time I have gone in, just about every staff member is sitting down. One will come lagging to the front cash register with no smile on their face. They aren’t happy, helpful or anything!! It’s always like they all hate their job!! Terrible customer service!! I’m talking no professionalism at all. Aside from that, the lady employees wear incredibly short shorts. The prices are outrageous!! I have decided to no longer return because if a place can’t appreciate me spending my hard earned money at their establishment then I just won’t. This place is NOT WORTH IT!!!!
Edit: went back this morning to a much friendlier staff and might i say the cookies are amazing!!! Told them what happened last night they apologized and gave us a couple free cookies!!Evacuated to Starkville for hurricane Ida got into town around 12 went to insomnia cookies for a snack and it was the only place supposed to be open that wasnt packed. Upon entering the store we were rudley yelled at that the store was closed (supposed yo be open till 3) and we needed to leave but there were customers in front of us that were served. Going to give it another shot today really hope that we encounter a friendlier employee
delivered my on-campus son a couple of treats easily ordered online and arrived as expected. Tasty diversion :)
