First time having Firehouse and it was a delicously great experience! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Will visit next time I am in the area.
Apparently, they cannot follow directions, or take orders correctly, and actually give you what you paid for.Update: My last visit prior to today, the Starkville, MS Firehouse completely messed up my order. I was told at that time that my next order would be free. I call today, to take advantage of my free order for lunch and the guy I talked to on the phone was clueless and had no idea what I was talking about. During my previous communication with this store, the guy on the phone completely wasted my time claiming to set up everything in the system for my free sandwich and now I call today and there is nothing in the system. This location is a joke and it is my intention to never do business with them again. HORRIBLE customer service. PATHETIC
