I recently started coming here! Not only do I feel comfortable here, but the live music is great, and the people are kind all around. I look forward to coming back!
Vegan/Vegetarian friendly!The first time I went? I was not a huge fan, TBH. Their vegan pizza was not my favorite and it soured my first impression. But I gave it a second chance and I’m glad I did! Now, I can say that Dave’s is a Starkville treasure!Drinks are good and the vibe is right. Definitely dive-y, but that’s part of it’s charm! Service can be a little up and down but that usually depends on if there’s a big event. It’s forgivable cause times have been a little crazy. They're good people though with a solid establishment.Favorite veg option: Beyond Burger. Crisp veggies, thick patty, seasoned well.Favorite non-veg option: the wings!
Just like everyone else says, this place is awesome. Great food, great service, great place for a Sunday afternoon bloody mary.
Fantastic local bar with traditional pub grub. We always go for the pizza! They have live music frequently, but not the best acoustics
Great place to get a beer, chicken wings, or a gyro (which they call wraps). Overall favorite part is the atmosphere. Recommend getting the guava cider on tap!
Food was great and Music was great.
Visiting from Scranton, Pennsylvania as my son is considering Mississippi State University. Great service, staff extremely courteous, and the food is excellent!

I am Celiac and they have an awesome gluten free crust. Just find the Red Roof Inn and go into the parking lot. Highly recommending and we live in Huntsville Alabama and have been here 3 times in less than a year.
