Anytime I ever come through the line I’m ALWAYS asked to pull around and wait. I’ve never seen a car receive their food thru the window, the wait times are ridiculous, blizzards are never blended properly and the staff members are always incredibly rude. I love Dairy Queen and would love to see this store do better but I’ve lost hope faith in this location. Won’t be back anymore.
They did not want to serve us because it was 30 minutes before closing time. Very disrespectful. Unbelievable. Get your restaurants in line. Starkville, Mississippi.
My second visit here and my last! I went to drive thru and I didn't understand what she meant on stackburger,(didn't know what they were) and told me to drive up. When I got to window she kept giving me dirty looks.. I asked what was on burger and I told her no ketchup, she slammed window and kept giving me that look. The burger was delicious but the fries were almost raw. Instead of saying your sorry, fix the problem. I know help is hard to find,but good luck. Jack's employees are very nice!!
My girls and I went through the drive thru for blizzards. The ordering speaker was broken, causing many cars to drive away. A staff member came out and let us know to pull to the window to order. They seemed under staffed, and the wait caused more impatient customers to drive away. The employees were very kind. Our orders were all correct and very good. I gave them 5 stars bc they did their jobs and had a good attitude.
I was charged for cups of water that I was told would be free. Then the employee refused to refund the purchase.
Ordered a New York cheesecake blizzard and got vanilla ice cream with Oreo chunks and random pieces of cheesecake. Will not be back
The employees are so nice. Each time we visit they have a welcoming smile with super service The! The chicken strips are delicious! Have never had a bad experience there. They are A+!
I usually have great interactions with Dairy Queen customer service, except for this location. They are always rude and never get the order right. They left out half of my order the last time I went. I hope they improve because it does put a damper on the Dairy Queen brand.
Ice cream ?is, at least in my mind, a major food group ?.
