I just had the best customer service experience I have ever had at a drive through. The person who took my order and was at the window was the kindest fast food worker I have ever met. I wish this store and the employees was in Columbus. The food is so delicious and I was so amazed at how cheap it was. I definitely recommend the Cook Out in StarkVegas. Thank you
The line was wrapped around the building and we got our food in 10 mins. It was so much faster than expected. Food was hot and ready at the window. Very pleased with service. Not to mention, food was well prepared and tasty! Thanks!!

This place was so busy they had to have employees directing traffic in the parking lot. They kept the line moving fast. Our order was correct AND the young lady at the window wasn't the slightest bit bothered by the rush. She had such a pleasant attitude. Our experience was awesome!
It was good ! I had the Chicken Tenders and Fries very good and low price food ! Ice cream is the best ! They almost have a lot of choices to choose from!
My dad who is in town for work went there for dinner tonight. he ordered two hot dogs with ketchup and mustard. when he got back to his hotel to eat he realized he was given two burnt hot dogs with mayonnaise. he currently has a knee injury and its hard for him to walk so he isnt able to take it back. ?

Wrong food and wrong order. The worker gave us the wrong food twice i asked for cheese bites and he gave me cheese fries and when i told him he just closed the window and was basically rushing us so we can leave the line faster. Poor customer service!!!
The burgers are great and I love their cajun chicken sandwich.
