Very neat place to dine! The food is great and is brought to your table quick!
We sat there for 10-15 minutes without anyone even taking a drink order or letting us know they’d be with us in a minute. The host that sat us didn’t even acknowledge us leaving without ordering. Normally don’t complain about things but this is the 3rd instance at this location whether it being something questionable in the tea or food tasting like it was warmed in a microwave then left to sit until it was luke warm. Love their salads and bayou chicken but seems like service and quality of food are lacking.
had the spring rolls. nice. the strawberry poppyseed salad with grilled chicken was fantastic. this is a great place to eat at
The service was great. The food was average and not too much to brag about. The suggestions for appetizers was really good.
Food is good. Call to make reservations, they said they don't take them, get there only to find out they have a waiting list. There were multiple empty tables, some empty for over an hour and they would not seat us. Go knowing that you may have to sit and wait for others to show up too fill the empty tables before you can be seated. Probably will not go back.
430 pm arrival time 20 min wait turned into 38 with only half tables full. Ok no hurry not a problem. The server was nice Fried cheese was great and on time Salads were also great. Entrees took a Very long time to arrive. Like to the point of apologies which were deserved. Nola pasta was just ok. Fish tacos also were just ok. Teens had pasta Alfredo and thought it was just ok. Mediocre food. Nice place. Great vibe Apologetic staff and manager. Would probably give them another chance due to the extreme lack of staffing
It has a really nice vibe to it. It looks fancy but the food is inexpensive, and tastes good. They had a live band that played jazz. It was a fun experience.
White BBQ chicken nachos: they were cold but had good flavor. It came with a big bowl of cheese dip so we finished the nachos and had a lot of cheese left. We asked if we could have some more chips to finish it off. She brought a small plate of maybe 10 chips and charged us $2.50 for them. NOLA Pasta($17.99), the menu says it has andouille sausage it came with Italian sausage and it was gross. We had ordered 2, one was without bacon or sausage. When we received the order it had both in there. We've ordered it like this at the Tupelo location and it was great. When the waitress finally came back we told her it had bacon and sausage and she said it's already made up and you couldn't remove anything...if she would have told us when we ordered and we would have found something else. We had an order of chicken tenders that were overly breaded and dry, the fries were cold. Baja Tacos were very good. We didn't not receive good service from our waitress. I understand if you're working thin but have the server bring a carafe of drinks or maybe have the hostess pitch in. Our dishes weren't cleared so we cleared it ourselves. We were here for my daughter's 20th birthday dinner (it was so disappointing) and we needed some space to cut her cake.
Our food was delicious! Our waitress could have been a little more focused on serving us. We had to flag down another waitress. Atmosphere and the food was great!
From the front door greeting to the quality of the food, EVERYTHING was five star service! My first time here but I will for sure be back!!!!
