Today I went Burger King they got on the speaker never came back on. We pulled to the window the man took our order we waited 15 mins for the food we never got just to get a refund .
Food is great overall. Most of the time workers have a lack of sauce on the sandwiches that NEED them.
Lots of management present today. A new cashier was being trained. I order the impossible whopper. It is the best vegetarian burger around. Highly recommend it. Tastes just like a beef whopper. Fries could be just a bit more crispy, but the salt level was ok.
Not very friendly at all, repeated order back to me and still didn't have order right. Then they want to act like we got what we ordered till I showed her my receipt with my exact order on it.
It's hit or miss with ole burger king you go there with the want for a whopper and their liable to be about of whopper meat. I blame covid and the lack of good help for that though.
4 burgers, 2 fries and 1 onion rings for the family. They get every single item wrong! Get home and call them to let them know the whole order was wrong. Did the manager have an apology or offer to right it? Nope, she just hung up. She's right, she does not have to explain anything to me. I called corporate in Miami and they will be contacting her.

Not too many smiles while being served, other then that food was good. Need on service with a smile is key
I have prayed and pray again for those employees at this Burger King. I order my food in the most polite way possible, with the hope of showing my appreciation for their service especially during this season of Pandemics; however, they consistently present stressed and unfriendly. I invite them to get to know Jesus who is helping me through these times and I know that He can and will help them if they only ask. Jesus is Lord to the glory of God!! The food is good, don't get me wrong. But it's annoying that their ice cream machine never works, the fries never have salt on them, and you can never ask for anything extra because they just slam the window in your face. The customer service is definitely lacking.
