I have eaten at 1883 Smokehouse (Starkville location) numerous times and the service is always great and food has been excellent. The pulled pork nachos are the bomb and I highly recommend them. I have had the catfish, burger, and ribs have all have been really good.
We ate off the truck in the lot across from Eupora Hospital and Walgreens. WORST FOOD EVER!!!! We wasted $32.00 on gross disgusting food. 3 people all agree on that too!! Never order the Loaded Nachos! Pinto beans are put on them. Gross!!!!!?
I was totally disappointed in the service and food tonight. This use to be a great place to eat however something has changed. $80 for 3 people to eat tonight and it's all going home to my dog. I will not return.
Everyone was very nice. It was a nice, clean restaurant with very friendly staff. I had fried catfish and it was super!
Mediocre. At best. Strangest pulled pork I've ever had. Ribs were way over seasoned and tough.
MARK AND HIS TEAM SERVED THE 7 OF US SHRIMP, RIBEYES, FILETS AND SOME OF THE BEST BANANA PUDDING I HAVE EVER TASTED. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING AND DEF. DESERVES A VISIT IF YOUR EVER IN STARKVILLE MS. VERY VERY GOOD FOOD AND GREAT SERVICE.
I didn’t like the burger, the bun is tasteless and not fresh. The steak was decent
Pretty solid food and service was good despite the low staff. Definitely feel like it would've been better if I had come a little earlier for lunch but was still good. I kinda figured that they just cook big batches for lunch and dinner so the earlier you come, the better I would assume.
The steak I just paid $30 for is horrible, I can’t even chew it.
It was just okay. The Outlaw tacos were good but not good enough to pay $16.99 especially when you only get 2 of them and one side. Also, we were having to fight with flies the whole time we were there.
